Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate should have:

Bachelor’s degree in Education (with specialization in the assigned area of responsibility) for KG for C1.
Non-Nationals: Current teaching credentials from an accredited academic institution/Legislative body or its equivalency.
Knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, student learning, student behavior management, teaching, and learning strategies.
Subject-specific knowledge.
Skills, including behavior management, conflict management, and lesson planning.
Relationship management skills with colleagues, parents, and students.
Communication skills and ability to adapt to all levels.
Organizational Skills.
Change Management Skills.
