In addition, we provide innovative solutions for clients across North America with camper vans for travel and recreation. Driverge Vehicle Innovations is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator. The Human Resource Coordinator will provide administrative support to Human Resource Business Partner’s, Manufacturing Team Members and Managers. Schedule: Hybrid role; 3 days on site, 2 days remote;. (Monday must be onsite for new hire starts and orientation) 8am-5pm- Flexible! What you get to accomplish:
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly audit of Backgrounds Check, MVR's, I-9s, Licenses, location listings & HR processes.
- Responsible for following-up with all new hire Background Check, MVR, Drug Screening and E-Verify process.
- Responsible for new-hire paperwork, personnel file maintenance and audit ready completeness of all files.
- Prepare and input all permanent changes into the payroll system.
- Generate reports from the HRIS system as requested for projects.
- Assist the HR department in scheduling and developing materials for open enrollment events.
- File first reports of injury, maintain injury/incident records and assist in the management of all Worker’s Compensation claims
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.
- Must have demonstrable competency with computers (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- At least 2 years of Human resource experience or equivalate transferable experience
- Experience with ADP payroll systems and time/labor systems is a plus.
