Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years of med/surg experience Wound and Colostomy experience

- Education: Bachelor's Degree

- Certifications: Wound Care Certification & BLS required.

- License: New York State RN License.

- Skills: Wound Management & Wound Care.

Note: 70% of the role will be in office, nurse might be required to travel to patients home (MA, BKLYN, BX &QU) to complete wound care consults.

*Nurse must be Wound Care Certified*
