We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Administration and Planning to join our Legal Administration Group. This role is based in in Manchester, UK – hybrid. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support the Business Sourcing Lead (“BSL”) for the Legal Department globally, covering external third parties
• Assist in the development and maintenance of an effective network with the Enterprise Sourcing Office, a cross-functional team that drives the implementation of the Third Party Governance (“TPG”) program and business as usual third-party risk management activities
• Oversee compliance with (“TPG”) policies and processes in the Legal Department, including providing ongoing guidance to Engagement Managers for external third parties 
• Work collaboratively with the Outside Counsel Governance and Strategy Coordinator to ensure the Outside Counsel network is managed in line with TPG policies and processes
• Contribute to the development of key related strategic and ad hoc initiatives as required

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; MBA preferred
• Knowledge of vendor risk management including related key global regulatory and legal frameworks preferred
