We are currently seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our client's team in Stafford, UK, on a 6-month B2B contract with the potential for extension. Who Will You Work With: Our client is a renowned organization known for its innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the reliability and safety of critical systems while driving robust risk management and analysis processes. About the Role: As a Reliability Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our client's systems through effective failure analysis, risk management, and continuous improvement processes. You will lead FMEA/FMECA workshops, develop functional diagrams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive actions and improve system performance. This role is based in Stafford, UK, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Develop and utilize Functional Block Diagrams to analyze system behavior.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and address underlying issues.
  • Manage and execute comprehensive Risk Management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain Parameter Diagrams for system evaluation.
  • Prepare and create detailed FMEA worksheets to identify potential failure modes.
  • Organize and lead FMEA/FMECA workshops , engaging with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive the closure of action items identified during FMEA/FMECA processes.
  • Apply expertise in FMECA AIAG standards to ensure compliance.
  • Present status updates and reports to project teams and senior management.
  • Perform Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and use relevant tools effectively.
  • Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and timelines.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
  • Extensive experience with FMEA/FMECA and related methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Risk Management and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of FTA analysis tools and their application.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
