The Opportunity: Represent TREND Windows and Doors as a leader in the global building products industry and be responsible for the overall management of the Sydney & ACT Business Units. You will manage, influence, and lead the Sydney & ACT business units over 2 locations, these premises are large operational manufacturing plants and showrooms, with just over 135 employees across the businesses. You will plan, implement, and control the business strategies and activities, to achieve the safety, people, customer, and performance targets for the group. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence – Manage the business units so that the operations perform both safely and efficiently with a constant drive for improved productivity to improve overall return on investment.
- Leadership – Develop, implement, and execute the strategy to deliver the overall business, people, and performance targets, through the business unit leadership teams.
- People, Culture and Engagement – Build and execute engagement strategies that make Trend Windows and Doors a place where people want to work and contribute to our premier performing culture.
- Customer Service – Continually strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes by providing a quality customer experience and superior product performance.
- Sales and Marketing – Manage the sales operations by developing and implementing the business unit strategic sales plan whilst enhancing Trend Windows & Doors through a values-based consultative sales performance culture.
- Business Development – Continuously improve the business in line with the group's strategic initiatives.
- Systems and Controls – Safeguard the company's financial and physical assets in compliance with our group policies and procedures.
