What You’ll Do: Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, and messages professionally and empathetically, including urgent situations. Apply for policies and ensure community satisfaction. Take ownership of user queries until resolution or escalation. Investigate and escalate urgent and sensitive matters when necessary. Manage cases involving safety concerns using trauma-informed methodologies. Provide exceptional claims service for Damage Protection, Liability Insurance, and Experience Liability Insurance. Identify process improvements and submit feedback. What You Need: 1-3 years of experience in claims handling, dispute resolution, fraud/risk investigations, or insurance (property damage, healthcare claims, etc.). Experience in estimating losses for automobiles, watercraft, or property damage. Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
