Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Property Sourcing & Client Support Specialist at Invest Avenue. The Specialist will be responsible for sourcing properties, supporting clients in their investment decisions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves regular communication with clients and industry professionals in the commercial and residential real estate sectors. 1. Strong communication and customer service skills
2. Sales experience or a passion for client engagement
3. Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
4. Ability to work independently and remotely when required
5. Property sourcing or real estate experience is a plus but not required
6. Knowledge of residential or commercial real estate is an advantage, but training will be provided
