Project Coordinator We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Enterprise Project Management Office on a 13-month fixed-term parental leave cover. What's the opportunity? The Project Coordinator will support the EPMO team in the delivery of the strategic portfolio by implementing compliance and operational projects while adhering to the project management framework and associated processes of the organisation. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects across the business and will play a critical role in managing a variety of tasks to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with project governance. Key duties & responsibilities include:
- Coordinate project management activities and work requests from programs and projects.
- Produce and maintain project schedules and registers including delivery plans, Risk Action Issue and Decision logs and other required project artefacts.
- Develop and support the Project Management toolset including framework development, training materials, resource planning, etc.
- Produce regular project status reports, minutes, and dashboards.
- Perform quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with Project Management Framework.
- Reconcile vendor invoices against project budget and provide associated reporting.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and frameworks.
- Proven project coordination experience, working on multiple projects and managing stakeholders from multiple business units.
- Demonstrated capability to manage time effectively with a high attention to detail.
