Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities -

• CSD Files follow up, update, arranging documents as per requirements
• Price Revision meetings documents & other documents requirements related to ADELPHI
• CPC files follow up, update, arranging documents as per requirements
• Price revision meeting documents and approvals
• New Products Introduction Processing, Follow Up, arranging documents for CSD & CPC
• Existing products analysis in terms of competition under CSD & CPC and ensure product should not goes under deletion
• CPC Sale development in Delhi NCR
• Outstanding monitoring & control for CSD & CPC, ensure payment collection within due date
• PRGO Analysis & all Adelphi related work
• Depot wise Display monitoring specially for all BA, MER & SO area
• Competitor activities & performance analysis
• Product wise growth & contribution analysis
• Branding at Canteens premises and post sales analysis
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility at URC’s and Canteen’s through various marketing activities and sales promotion programs
• 100% execution of SDP Plan and tracking of SDP inputs and conversion
• In shop activities for sales promotions- URC product display activity through canopy and standy for brand awareness
• Internal and External communications with CSD & CPC customers and team
• Consumer offers and stock liquidation plan at URC and canteen level & depot level
• URC Wise tertiary and closing stock tracking, planning and support through various activities required time to time, to ensure movement of stocks with zero sales return or expiry
• BA counter’s product wise sale & growth monitoring, before 6-month BA appointment & onwards
• URC wise Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sale monitoring for 1 M hygiene wash & Bhringraj Hair Oil from December-24 onwards
• New Projects registration like TNPC, PAC, etc.
• Planning and Strategy for annual Business Plan of CSD & CPC
• Regular field visit for market analysis and competitor analysis
