About The Job The main purpose of this position is to act as final line of support for technical queries and claims for our Master channels, Key partner and Sales Companies across the globe. As Global Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Remote and onsite troubleshooting of technical issues related to pumps, valves, mixing and cleaning equipment in Food, Dairy, Beverage, Pharma and Personal care processes.
• Effective communication - discuss complex technical issues & train colleagues in sales companies and sales channels with a customer-focused mindset.
• Networking – Create and maintain an effective network with different departments (R&D, Product Management, Production, Quality) and coordinate with them to timely and effectively respond to market technical requests.
• Digitalization - Effectively contribute towards the digitalization initiatives to improve the quality of technical service management systems.
• Quoting specially engineered products, identification of spare parts, support on product documentation & regulations.
• Support to claim handling department in investigation of technical claims.

The position will be based in Kolding, Denmark. We expect travel activity to be approximately 20 days a year. What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Food, Dairy, or Process Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• Preferably, experience in process engineering, design, installation, commissioning, or maintenance in food, dairy, pharmaceutical, or personal care plants.
• Ideally, 3 years of hands-on experience with pumps (positive & centrifugal), valves, pipes, and fittings used in the food, pharmaceutical, personal care, and home care industries.
• Experience with installation and commissioning in dairy and food processing plants is a plus.
