We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our India office delivery operation. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and driving the scaling up of resources to meet growing demands in a cost effective manner. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with the head office and manage a diverse team. The role is office based in Ahmedabad. - Provide strategic direction and leadership to the India based team.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinating with the Finance team for matters related to Payroll, HR, Finance, and Legal.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Engaging with the ISO team to ensure the maintenance and renewal of certifications.
- Addressing internal team affairs to ensure smooth operations.
- Attending government audits related to Tax, EPFO, GST and other compliance.
- Overseeing office infrastructure, including space management, assets, networks, furniture, and utilities, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
- Managing PCS-ANS financial integration, from invoice generation to the settlement of inward remittances.
- Develop and execute plans to scale up resources in line with business growth.
- Identify and recruit top talent to expand the team.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Managing the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit processes for both new hires and departing staff.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the India Office and the head office.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Experience working with UK based partner
