Role: Senior Associate - Finance Location: Bengaluru Experience: 2-4 years About the Role: As a Senior Associate, you will report directly to the Finance Head and be responsible for handling complex financial tasks, analysis, and reporting. In addition, you will supervise Junior Associates and assist the Finance Head with both strategic and operational matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting functions and ensure the accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial data, including the preparation of reports, account analysis, and reconciliations across General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Intercompany transactions, funding, transfer pricing flows, and foreign currency accounting.
  • Manage preparation for all audits (internal, external, statutory, tax, and GST audits).
  • Assist the Finance Head in preparing various Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare a broad range of financial, operational, and statistical reports. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations on financial and operational trends, issues, and results.
  • Interface with regulators and manage the preparation of regulatory returns.
  • Support leadership in forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting for India operations, including project-wise and consolidated budgets.
  • Maintain the fixed assets register and calculate monthly depreciation under both the Income Tax Act and the Companies Act.
  • Assist in preparing the Quarterly Reporting package (as per US guidelines) for the corporate office in Tampa.
  • Proven experience in Tally ERP is a must.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks (less than 10% of the role).
  • Strong experience in taxation, regulatory filings, GST, MIS, and accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate globally.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and other financial tools.
  • Solid understanding of taxation, GST, MIS, and statutory reporting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.
