Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Business Analyst role located in Karāchi. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, business analysis, communication, business process, and business requirements. Job Responsibilities

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
• Experience in Business Process and Business Requirements analysis
• Ability to drive and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them
• Influence collaborators to support business projects
• Assist with project management for selected projects
• Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
• Identify automation opportunities
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant collaborators
• Should have good communication skills
