Job Description Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for gift cards and promotional products, with a focus on API capabilities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive products.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
- API Development and Management:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and optimize APIs that support our gift card and promotional products.
- Ensure APIs are robust, secure, and scalable to meet the needs of various partners and clients.
- Define API requirements, documentation, and usage guidelines to ensure seamless integration for external developers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and launch new products.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Define and track key performance metrics to assess product success and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates, features, and improvements.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Present product plans and updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the gift card and promotions space.
- Utilize insights to drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach in all product development and enhancement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the gift card, offers, promotions, or loyalty programs industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from inception to market.
- Extensive experience in API development, integration, and management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
- Experience working with digital gift card platforms, e-commerce, or fintech solutions.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in digital payments and loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with data analytics and customer insights tools.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web service technologies.
