The Head of Accounting is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial management, accounts payable, treasury, and payroll.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance functions, encompassing accounting, accounts payable, treasury, and payroll.
- Ensure all local and Group reporting requirements are met in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain approved local controls in line with dnata/local policies.
- Develop and implement process changes and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Lead the development and growth of the Accounting team.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and security as fundamental operational priorities in station operations.
- Comply with workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting manager or department head as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional certification.
- Possession of CFA/CPA qualification is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in supervisory skills and leadership.
