Expert Digital Payments will lead and manage the end-to-end execution of government digital disbursement projects, ensuring timely, secure, and efficient delivery of funds to target communities. This role involves close collaboration with government stakeholders, sales teams, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored payment solutions. The Expert will also focus on optimizing digital payment strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving financial inclusion initiatives. What does Expert Digital Payment - Channel do?

• Lead the end-to-end execution of government digital disbursement projects, from planning and costing to delivery and monitoring.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand program requirements and develop tailored execution plans and payment solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with key government entities, partner organizations, regional sales teams, and corporate stakeholders.
• Ensure strong coordination with sales teams and vendors to meet all client requirements and project objectives.
• Maintain a strong grip on retail channel operations to ensure efficient payment uptake and strong governance.
• Drive awareness campaigns to promote digital disbursements and ensure adoption by government agencies and beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance, to design and deliver robust digital solutions.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency, cost control, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, legal frameworks, and data protection standards in digital payment processes.

Requirements What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Digital Payment - Channel?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in project execution, planning, and development, or sales management within the payments, fintech, or related industry.
• Proven track record in business planning and project execution.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance, regulatory standards, and operational efficiency within the payments sector.
