The ideal candidate should a have a strong background in travel coordination, vendor management, cost optimization, and policy compliance. We are seeking a reliable, professional who values long-term career growth and can contribute to the efficiency and stability of our travel operations. Job Description: Travel Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and transportation.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on travel options, best practices, and travel safety.
- Monitor and control the travel budget, ensuring cost-saving strategies are implemented without compromising quality or employee comfort.
- Negotiate with vendors (airlines, hotels, transportation companies) to secure competitive rates and discounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.
- Evaluate and select travel vendors, ensuring they meet the company’s needs in terms of service, cost, and reliability.
- Ensure all travel is in line with corporate policies and procedures, including expense reporting and approvals.
- Update and communicate travel policies to employees, ensuring adherence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee travel inquiries and concerns.
- Provide emergency travel assistance and support in the event of delays or cancellations.
- Track and report on travel-related expenses and savings.
- Maintain detailed records of travel bookings, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Skilled at using corporate travel benefits, negotiated rates, and loyalty programs to maximize savings and reduce travel-related costs.
- Review travel processes and systems, recommending improvements for efficiency, cost savings, and overall traveler satisfaction.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Proven experience as corporate travel manager
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
- Strong communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing
- Tech Savvy
- Well-organized and reliable
- An analytical mind with strong business acumen
