Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assisting with onboarding and exit operations in Mumbai:
• Sharing HR startup forms, creating employment agreements, ensuring timely documentation, releasing PF forms, clearance forms, and exit forms.
• Following up on contractual payouts for and collecting - sharing relevant documents centrally.
• Preparing internal reports or managing other meticulous tasks.
• Assisting with HRMS and health insurance tasks, including deletion execution.
• Supporting in running LI positing calendar
• Supporting employee engagement activities centrally: Planning and execution, particularly for Mumbai
