Role Overview: As the Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing & PR , you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns and PR strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and credibility. You will work closely with influencers, media houses, and content creators to position Looks Salon as the go-to destination for beauty and haircare trends. Key Responsibilities Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle influencers (micro, macro, and celebrity level)
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive engagement, and footfall
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, including barter deals, paid partnerships, and event invitations
- Ensure brand messaging and storytelling are consistent across influencer content
- Track, analyze, and optimize influencer campaigns based on engagement, reach, and ROI metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and bloggers in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle domain
- Secure media coverage through press releases, editorial features, and brand stories
- Plan and execute PR events, launches, and brand collaborations
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management
- Monitor press mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify PR opportunities
- Work closely with the social media team to amplify influencer-generated content
- Collaborate with internal teams to create PR-worthy campaigns and stories
- Support in creating engaging press materials, blog articles, and brand narratives
- Experience: 3-5 years in influencer marketing and PR, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or luxury sector
- Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field
- Skills:
- Strong networking skills and relationships with influencers & media professionals
- Creative thinking with a deep understanding of digital trends & influencer ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
- Experience in event planning and PR campaign execution
