Job Type: Full Time (Onsite) Experience: 4 - 6 years Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing full-funnel performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media, conversion rate optimization, and automation tools to drive scalable growth and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve targeted ROAS.
- Implement new testing strategies (audience segmentation, bidding models, creatives) to improve efficiency.
- Oversee budget allocation across multiple platforms to ensure the highest returns.
- Identify and implement automation tools for optimization and efficiency.
- Provide monthly and quarterly business reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
- Align with clients on promotional plans, new campaigns, and budget adjustments.
- Oversee and optimize paid ad campaigns, website experience, landing pages, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Work closely with design and content teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives.
- Oversee automation processes in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM workflows to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Analyze website UX/UI and recommend changes for better conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor research to identify industry benchmarks and ad strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, influencer marketing, and alternative ad platforms.
- Lead data analysis for all campaigns, ensuring data-backed decision-making.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Data Studio, and Looker for in-depth campaign insights.
- Analyze customer journeys, attribution models, and conversion paths to enhance ad performance.
- Direct and mentor Performance Marketing Executives, Associates, and Interns.
- Ensure team members execute tasks correctly and meet deadlines.
- Proven 4 - 6 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, and digital advertising.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO), attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools for campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication skills to align with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
