Data Science Instructor

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Data Science Trainer to join our team. As a Data Science Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to individuals and corporate clients, focusing on Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Data Science concepts and hands-on experience in tools and techniques used in the industry. Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs on Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Deep Learning, and Data Analytics.
• Prepare and update course materials, presentations, and practical assignments to ensure they align with industry standards.
• Train and mentor students on concepts such as statistical analysis, predictive modeling, data wrangling, and more.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and quizzes, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Data Science, and incorporate new developments into training content.
• Conduct live sessions, webinars, and workshops for individuals and corporate teams.
• Travel to client locations to deliver training sessions as required.
• Provide career guidance and advice on data science and machine learning job opportunities.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure that courses are comprehensive and meet learner needs.
• Assist in building a community of learners by engaging with students outside of formal training sessions.

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and/or Machine Learning, with at least 3 years of teaching/training experience.
• Proficiency in key Data Science tools and technologies including Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, data visualization, and big data technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex topics into easily understandable content for learners.
• Prior experience in creating and delivering technical training is a plus.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students to help them succeed in the data science field.
• Willingness to travel to client locations for on-site training delivery.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of deep learning and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Ability to adapt training materials based on different learning styles.
