About the role: The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Locations: Remote / India Freelance for an initial 2-3 months to full-time opportunity based on productivity and performance. You should be able to start immediately, and if a candidate wants to support with an existing job, you are free to apply. Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate needs to have experience in IT Services or Recruitment business to acquire new clients.
- Someone who can onboard RPO clients
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
- Acquiring new clients within the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
