Radius Galway is searching for Sales Executives and Account Managers. Account Manager Job Description: Job Purpose The role of Account Manager Telematics is important to us. We would love to welcome you to our Belfast location for the days you are in the office. Youll report into Ryan Graham Head of Sales Telematics. Your responsibilities day to day will be You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our existing customer base and be a main point of contact for the length of their relationship with the company. Achieve sales objectives through the development and the maintenance of the customers and prospects entrusted to you. Drive upsell campaigns letting customers take fuller advantage from Radius Telematics product/service catalogue whilst creating longer and stronger contractual relationships. Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively via targeted outreach campaigns to eliminate that risk, while simultaneously identifying and closing upsell opportunities when applicable. Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to continually drive business value and return on the customers investment. Increase customer retention and adoption rates by conducting regular check-in calls. Serve as customer advocate, including collecting customer feedback on product needs, understanding customer and industry trends, and articulating those back to the business. Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients and promote new products and features The experience and skills that we are looking for include: Self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative. Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption. Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to function in an extremely high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition What skills will help you to succeed in this role? Sales Executive Job Description: Why choose Radius? Basic Salary of €27,500 with an increase to €28,750 on successful completion of probation. Uncapped earning potential with on target earnings of €46,000 Annual merit based pay appraisal with an opportunity for an annual pay increase Ongoing structured weekly training sessions to support your professional development Work in the fastest growing Telematics business in Ireland A comprehensive two-week induction training ensuring you're fully equipped to excel in your role Health care benefit, after successful completion of probation Weekly sales incentive allowing you the opportunity of finishing at 1pm on Fridays What will you be doing as a Sales Advisor ? Fully explain features and benefits, arranging ad performing online screen sharing demonstrations as and when necessary Generating revenue from both existing fuel card customers and new prospects Following up on internal and website leads After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied Obtaining additional orders or referrals from current customers Taking orders and organising installations What experience / skills are we looking for? 12 months telesales experience in a B2B or B2C role preferred. Experience selling SAAS beneficial but not essential Proven at winning new business and generating profitable revenue Excellent communication and listening skills A desire to hit targets in order to maximise your earnings Team player A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet Radius Payment Solutions has an in-house recruitment team who are dedicated to sourcing candidates directly and as such we do not accept speculative CV's from agencies.
