- Experience in test process and maturity assessment, defined, and implemented practices for client’s test organization improvement focusing on improving quality of testing services.
- Experience in QE Transformation assessment frameworks.
- Experience in Agile Transformation assessment frameworks.
- Strong experience & understanding in Automation Transformation assessment frameworks.
- Should have experience in communicating with international clients/client facing.
- Onsite Travel experience will be preferable(short/long)
- Clear understanding of development lifecycles and how testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.
- Process Compliance Audits
- Test Process Assessment
- Test governance
- Test engineering and Test management
