Duties/Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to questions and provide accurate information about products or services via phone, email, or chat.
Address customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
Ensure that customers are kept fully informed of the status of open claims or queries
Must be comfortable navigating/ learning multiple computer systems
What Are We Looking for?
At least High School graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School graduate (new curriculum)
With At least 6 months Call Center Experience
Willing to Work Onsite
Problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints
Excellent Communication Skills
