Product Specialist : Gen AI

Denave is looking for a a Product Specialist - Gen AI Labs with expertise in Prompt Engineering to drive the development and optimization of AI-powered products. This role requires a strong understanding of Generative AI models, prompt crafting, sales intelligence, business intelligence and AI product strategy. Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for Prompt Design and Enhancement of the prompts that power our conversational platform.
• Develop and refine prompts to elevate the quality and relevance of generated responses.
• Develop, test, and optimize prompts to enhance the performance of LLMs (GPT-4, Llama, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for various business use cases.
• Define and implement prompt engineering best practices, leveraging techniques like few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting, and reinforcement learning for fine tuning.
• Conduct performance evaluation of different prompt strategies and AI-generated responses.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to fine-tune model outputs and work on sales intelligence and business intelligence. Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI and apply new research findings to improve product capabilities.
• Analyse feedback to refine prompts and ensure high-quality AIdriven experiences.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, safety, and responsible AI principles to mitigate biases and enhance reliability.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering, AI/ML, and sales intelligence, particularly in a Generative AI environment, with a total of 4 to 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity in prompt crafting, and analytical thinking is required
• Strong communication skills, effectively bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful collaboration Strong understanding of prompt engineering strategies (Prompt Crafting, refinement of outputs) and LLMs, NLP techniques
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks (OpenAI API, Lang Chain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Prior knowledge of prompt generating methods.
• Any graduate from tier one colleges are required
