About Us: JAFFA.ai merges equity expertise with AI to pioneer personalized investment assistants, mimicking human reasoning for bespoke insights, revolutionizing decision-making in investment research. We’re a very early-stage startup disrupting investment research with a killer value proposition. We’ve dived into the business side, developed some apps, and now we are gearing up for an MVP. However, the tech side needs refinement, and that’s where you come in! You would be deeply engaged in bringing apps from experimentation to production. What We’re Looking For: We’re on the lookout for tech interns who are eager to roll up their sleeves and work on refining the frontend of our apps. Skillsets required: • JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. • React/MERN Stack: Experience with React and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). • Angular/Vue.js/NET/C#: Familiarity with frameworks to develop MS Office plugins and applications. • HTML/CSS: Solid understanding of HTML and CSS. • Frontend Frameworks: Knowledge of frontend frameworks and libraries. • UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles. • APIs: Experience with integrating APIs and managing data flow in frontend applications. • Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git. This is obviously not an exhaustive list—we expect you to go wherever the tech requirements take you. As you can tell, we need somebody with full-stack engineering knowledge as a requirement, but more importantly, the passion for frontend development, hands-on experience in these technologies, and a hunger for pushing the boundaries  If you think you fit this profile, we want to hear from you! What’s In It For You: While we can’t offer top-dollar salaries at this stage, we can promise an invaluable learning experience. You’ll have the chance to work closely with me, contribute to real projects, and be an integral part of the startup’s growth. This is a paid internship with a monthly stipend of Rs10k. Ideal Profile: Final or pre final year college students who have time for a dedicated internship and are willing to contribute up to 5 hours daily. The Test: Believing in experiential knowledge, we’ll be adding a practical test to the hiring process.
