Role Overview This role would give you the opportunity to build something new, work closely with our product & technology teams and require close collaboration with operations, marketing and business teams with a strong B2C focus. It is an end-to-end problem solving role for candidates who are eager to learn and make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The role demands logical thinking and a high level of interest in internet dynamics, problem solving and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Work on some key projects which are instrumental in the growth of the organization. You’ll be largely involved in: Product Development — Ideate, propose & assist in the product development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and launch. Market Research — Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Data Analysis — Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for new features. Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product features align with user needs and business goals. User Experience Testing — Participate in user experience testing sessions, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve product usability. Documentation — Help create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and product roadmaps. Project Management — Support project management activities, prioritization including tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating team efforts. Qualifications Education — Engineering graduates Computer Science or any other related stream. MBA is a plus. Experience in Travel — Previous experience in the Travel Tech domain is highly desirable. Analytical Skills — Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Communication Skills — Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback. Passion for Technology — Interest in technology, software development, and product management. Team Player — Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Adaptability — Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and changing priorities.
