Knowledge Management (KM) Associate -Midshift

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum 5 continuous years of experience as a KM professional supporting content for go-to-market, sales, technical product support
2. Provable sharpness in analytical and problem-solving abilities in face of work-related challenges
3. Provable experience in stakeholder management and assertive communication – exposure to stakeholders in various geographies is a plus
4. Demonstrable strengths in project management – exposure to the creative production process is a plus
5. Demonstrable excellence in verbal and written English communication skills
6. Familiar with content management platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint
7. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
8. Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
9. Collaborative mindset with a dedication to fostering a team-oriented environment
10. Possesses high level of integrity towards maintaining ethical standards and practices, including protecting business and client confidentiality and data security
