Job details
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, providing insights into the company's financial health.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, track actual performance against budgeted figures, and provide variance analysis.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee timely preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other relevant taxes.
- Auditing and Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and facilitate smooth audits by both internal and external parties.
- Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, taxes, and benefits administration for employees.
- Vendor Management: Review vendor invoices, process payments, and maintain relationships with suppliers while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank and financial account reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Make quotations for customers using zoho and tracking of payments stage wise.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
