Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Business Manager for our Enterprise Accounts/Retail division. This role will be instrumental in managing and growing relationships with Category B and C real estate developers and brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, driving net sales, and generating new revenue streams by leveraging Magicbricks' extensive suite of product offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in field sales and client management to support and achieve our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: ● Account Management: Oversee relationships with Category B and C real estate developers and brokers within the assigned territory. Develop and implement strategies to enhance and upgrade high-net-worth relationships and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual business targets. ● Revenue Generation: Drive net sales and new revenue by leveraging Magicbricks' product offerings with both existing clients and new prospects. Utilize a broad suite of products to meet the diverse needs of customer segments. ● Strategic Development: Formulate and execute major account and sales strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and winning new business to increase market share and customer retention. ● Market Feedback: Provide actionable feedback and insights on market requirements to strategic business units, contributing to product innovation and enhancing market competitiveness. ● Sales and Account Management: Take overall responsibility for sales and account management, ensuring targets are met and revenue is maximized. Develop and implement strategies to continually strengthen market share and achieve revenue objectives. ● Market Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. ● Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement. Expand the customer base and acquire profitable business opportunities. ● Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop the team to enhance competence and professionalism. Promote good work ethics and streamline processes to support organizational growth. Skills & Experience: ● Field Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B field sales experience is required, with a preference for experience in the real estate sector. ● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to executives and senior leadership. ● Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills to engage with a diverse client base in the financial sector and achieve focused goals. ● Presentation and Documentation: Excellent presentation and documentation skills. A collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills. ● Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure, make decisions in unpredictable situations, and think creatively to simplify complex issues. ● Role Model: Demonstrates professionalism and a strong work ethic. Serves as a role model by developing self and the team. ● Customer Focus: Acts as a customer champion with a result-driven approach, effectively managing key account relationships. Education: ● A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. An MBA is a plus
