Job Description: Quality Assurance Manager (Bakery) Location: Bhopal Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in food quality assurance (bakery experience mandatory) Education: Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related fields Key Responsibilities: ✅ Raw Material & Supplier Quality Control: Ensure that all ingredients meet quality standards. ✅ In-Process & Finished Product Testing: Conduct real-time quality audits at different production stages. ✅ Regulatory Compliance: Maintain FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000 standards and ensure plant-wide adherence. ✅ Food Safety & Hygiene Management: Monitor hygiene practices, conduct food safety training for production staff. ✅ Lab Testing & Documentation: Conduct microbial testing, shelf-life studies, and maintain proper records. ✅ Audit Preparation & Reporting: Liaise with third-party auditors, regulatory agencies, and ensure timely compliance. ✅ Consumer Complaint Handling & Corrective Actions: Investigate complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Key Skills & Competencies: ✔️ Strong Knowledge of Food Safety Standards – FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP. ✔️ Attention to Detail – Ability to identify and correct quality issues proactively. ✔️ Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong ability to investigate and resolve quality-related challenges. ✔️ Regulatory & Compliance Expertise – Deep understanding of government food safety regulations. ✔️ Process-Oriented Mindset – Ability to create and enforce SOPs for quality management.
