Role and Responsibilities As a Talent Resourcer at ByteHire, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team by:

• Identifying and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database with accurate and timely information
• Conducting initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit..
• Collaborating with the wider team to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Assisting in the coordination of interviews and assisting with candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

• Previous experience in a recruitment or talent sourcing role, preferably within the tech industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
