Position: Atlassian Administrator: Are you a Certified Atlassian Administrator with expertise in Jira, JSM, and Confluence? Join our team to leverage your skills in scripting, automation, and platform management to optimize and enhance Atlassian solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Atlassian Platform Management

• Administer and maintain Atlassian platforms ( Jira, JSM, Confluence ) to ensure top performance and security.
• Configure and manage user permissions, roles, and groups efficiently.
• Design and maintain custom workflows , screens, and fields to meet organizational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related technical challenges.

• Use scripting languages like Python, Groovy, and JavaScript to automate tasks and develop custom solutions.
• Apply Jira expressions language to implement dynamic and conditional logic.
• Utilize regular expressions for data pattern matching and information extraction.

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification : Atlassian Certified Administrator (ACP-120/ACP-100 for Jira, ACP-420/ACP-400 for JSM).
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Administrator.
• Proven proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Groovy, JavaScript) and Jira expressions language .
• Technical Skills : Knowledge of Atlassian REST APIs and their application.

• Additional Atlassian certifications.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
