LanceSoft India is looking for a passionate and experienced "Lead IT Recruiter" to take charge of our IT recruitment processes and lead a team to attract and hire the best IT talent in the industry! If you have extensive experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of IT roles, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and create recruitment strategies · Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking · Conduct in-depth interviews, assessing both technical and soft skills · Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process · Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to stakeholders · Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including offer negotiation and closing · Act as a strategic partner in workforce planning, advising leadership on talent acquisition trends · Promote our employer brand to attract top talent both online and offline · Lead the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including interview formats and candidate experience What We Need: · Proven experience as a Lead IT Recruiter, with a track record of managing teams and driving successful recruitment strategies · Expertise in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing, with a deep understanding of IT roles and technologies · Strong leadership and team management skills · Experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business goals · Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, Teams)· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases · Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills · A graduate degree is a must This is a unique opportunity to lead the recruitment efforts in a growing organization while having a direct impact on the team and company success.
