(subsidiary company of Fore Excel) Role: Senior Marketing and Partnerships Manager Experience: 5+ years in marketing leadership Goal: Drive revenue growth through B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Requirements: Marketing Leader: Proven track record of driving sales growth through creative marketing campaigns. Toy Brand Expert: Strong skills in managing and building toy brands, understanding both B2B and B2C markets. Strategic Marketer: Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans, including go-tomarket strategies for new toy lines (especially sports-related). Licensing & Distribution Specialist: Secures toy licenses (negotiating with licensors) and builds relationships with key distributors and retailers. Digital & Traditional Marketing Pro: Manages digital marketing, social media, PR, and traditional media campaigns. Market Analyst & Researcher: Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Team Leader & Mentor: Leads and mentors a marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment. All-Around Marketing Skills: Handles strategic planning, execution, branding, lead generation, digital marketing, PR, research, and team leadership. Excellent Communicator & Networker: Possesses strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Toy Industry Experience: Toy industry know-how is a significant advantage.
