The Creative Executive is a dynamic and innovative professional responsible for producing high-quality graphic assets and designing compelling campaigns across various channels. The Creative Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance social media content delivery, create daily graphics, and maintain the company's online presence. The ideal candidate will bring strong multi-tasking abilities, a problem-solving mindset, and a flair for both graphic design and videography. The Creative Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's visual identity and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality content across all platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be a responsible and energetic individual who can report to the team lead and be part of the progressive spirit of the company. The role requires the ability to work independently while demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and grow dynamically. Additionally, the applicant must be able to take on job roles that contribute to the development of products, which may sometimes not fully fulfill graphic requirements, such as, conducting test reports for the launching of products. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphic assets for the team, ensuring consistency and creativity across all materials. Campaign Development: Design and produce various marketing campaigns and collateral, tailored for multiple channels. Social Media Content: Develop Instagram artworks and daily graphics for social media, aligned with ongoing campaigns and content strategies. Innovation and Research: Research, analyze, and present new methods for executing social content, staying ahead of industry trends. Collaborative Brainstorming: Participate in team brainstorming sessions to improve content delivery on social and marketing platforms. Content Creation Support: Assist in producing artwork and content (photos and videos) for social media channels. Asset Management: Ensure timely delivery and high quality of all graphic assets. Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the company website, ensuring it remains current and visually engaging. Product Development Support: Conduct test reports and other non-graphic-related tasks essential to the successful launch of products. Requirements Design Expertise: Excellent design skills, with a strong emphasis on typography. Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and InDesign. Image Editing: Basic knowledge of image editing and retouching. Online Design Experience: Preferred experience in designing for online channels. Creative Experience: Proven experience in creative design work. Multi-Tasking: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Videography Skills: Proficiency in videography and post-editing is a plus. Social Media Content: Knowledge of creating content for Instagram Reels and other media platforms. Photography Skills: Familiarity with photography and handling DSLRs is advantageous. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and a proactive approach to resolving workflow, capacity, and quality issues. Marketing Materials: Knowledge in producing marketing materials. Web Skills: Knowledge in website creation is a plus.
