Aquaproof is on the lookout for an HR Manager Location - Mumbai Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home) Designation - HR Manager The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for a manufacturing company, preferably in construction chemicals or any allied sectors. The candidate will have knowledge and expertise in relevant laws and will also be in-charge of the administration department Role & responsibilities -

• Identify and attract top talent in manufacturing sector through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in risk management recruitment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.

• Grad/MBA with 2+ years of proven experience in recruiting/sourcing
• Solid stakeholder management skills .
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
