Greetings!! We are looking for an L3 support specialist with expertise in Java and the Payment domain. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply for this role. Location: PAN INDIA, Remote work, Operate in Rotational shifts 9-10yrs expertise
- Technical knowledge on Java and webservices
- Knowledge on payment domain
- Analyze logs, debug Java code, and troubleshoot application-related issues in production and staging environments. Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and resolve code-level defects.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures. Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
