Junior Account Receivable Executive

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our team—someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to grow in the healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Data Analysis – Interpret and analyze financial data to improve revenue performance.
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) – Handle end-to-end AR processes, claims follow-ups, and collections.
• Provider Billing & Verification – Validate provider claims, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing.
• Adjustments & Patient Balance Analysis – Reconcile accounts and process necessary adjustments.
• Eligibility & Benefits Verification – Verify insurance details to prevent claim denials.
• Practice Management Support – Assist in daily operational and financial tasks.
• Report Generation & Presentation – Create data-driven reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Quality & Timeliness – Ensure accuracy and meet deadlines for all deliverables.
• Collaboration with Leadership – Work closely with senior management to develop innovative client solutions.
