Senior User Experience Designer

This role will be central to developing user-centered, modern designs for our web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: As a UI/UX Designer at Registerkaro, you will be responsible for driving the user experience and visual design for both our web and mobile platforms. Your key responsibilities include:

• Design User-Centric Interfaces: Create clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring that the designs are responsive across devices and provide a seamless user experience.
• Create High-Engagement Designs: Develop visually striking, highly engaging designs and creative assets that align with user needs and business goals. You will craft unique, modern design solutions that captivate users and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints, blending them into cohesive and innovative design solutions.
• Build Desktop and Mobile Responsive Designs: Design flexible and responsive web and mobile interfaces that work flawlessly across all devices. Ensure that designs adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and resolutions.
• Develop Wireframes & Prototypes: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and the user journey for both new features and product updates.
• Conduct Usability Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and research to gather feedback and insights. Use this information to refine designs and enhance the overall user experience.
• Refine Visual Design & UI Elements: Produce high-fidelity visual designs that align with brand guidelines. Develop detailed specifications for design implementation and ensure the design's accuracy through collaboration with development teams.
• Improve UX & Conversion Rates: Analyze current UX and suggest design improvements aimed at increasing usability and conversion rates. Develop design solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality to improve user engagement and business outcomes.
• Create and Maintain Design Systems: Build, maintain, and manage design systems to ensure consistency across platforms, creating reusable components, templates, and design assets that improve efficiency.
• Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to the design process.
• Iterative Design Process: Work in an agile environment, quickly iterating based on feedback, testing results, and business requirements. Provide design revisions and updates as needed.
• Solve Complex Problems: Leverage your problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges, translating complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions that improve the overall user experience.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also accepted.
• Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design role. A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft modern, responsive designs and showcasing your design process from concept to execution is required.
• Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , InVision , or similar design tools. Experience with prototyping tools like Marvel or Proto.io is a plus.
• Creative Inclination & Design Sensibility: A clear creative vision with the ability to suggest improvements in current UX to achieve significant enhancements in both user experience and conversion rates.
• Responsive Design Expertise: Proven experience building desktop and mobile-responsive designs within tight deadlines. You should be adept at creating designs that work across all screen sizes and devices.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A keen eye for problem-solving, particularly when it comes to designing intuitive user interfaces and optimizing user flows to maximize efficiency and engagement.
• Understanding of User-Centered Design: In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability heuristics. Ability to balance user needs with business requirements.
• Experience with Usability Testing: Solid experience with usability testing methods (e.g., A/B testing, user interviews, card sorting) and applying research findings to improve design.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

• Basic Front-End Development Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other front-end technologies to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Experience with Design Systems: Prior experience in creating and maintaining design systems that are reusable and scalable across multiple products.
• Mobile-First Design Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, ensuring designs are optimized for a wide range of mobile devices.
• Analytics Tools Knowledge: Experience using tools like Google Analytics , Hotjar , or similar to derive insights that can influence design improvements and optimizations.
