We are looking for a Marketing Executive to lead outreach efforts, create compelling content, and execute strategic marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities Marketing Outreach & Campaign Execution · Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. · Manage lead generation activities, including email marketing, events, and paid advertising. · Identify and collaborate with partners, industry influencers, and media to expand reach. · Organize and support offline & online events, webinars, and trade shows. Content Creation & Digital Marketing · Create and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media. · Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid digital marketing campaigns to improve lead conversion. · Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to engage potential clients. · Work with designers and external agencies to produce marketing collateral. Marketing Strategy & Analysis · Assist in developing the regional marketing strategy for Singapore & Southeast Asia. · Conduct market research to understand competitor positioning and customer needs. · Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, lead conversion, engagement rates) and optimize strategies accordingly. · Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. · Conduct local research of industry and competitive market. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software, SaaS, or ERP industry. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, LinkedIn Ads). Strong copywriting, content creation, and social media management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must have knowledge of marketing/selling B2B enterprise software, cloud solutions, or ERP systems. Experience in regional marketing (Southeast Asia) is an advantage. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another Southeast Asian language is a plus (for regional market engagement).
