About the Job We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Taker in the food and beverage department who will ensure guest satisfaction by accurately taking and processing orders in a friendly and accommodating manner. You should be able to suggest additional items to customers and upsell whenever appropriate. About You
- Strong ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Ensuring orders are taken and processed accurately.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Addressing any issues or concerns that arise promptly and effectively.
- Preferably diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
