Concierge

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in hotels, resorts, or high-end apartment buildings. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, making local recommendations for dining and entertainment, coordinating transportation services, handling special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
7. Keep updated records of guest preferences and special requests to personalize their stay.
8. Monitor and maintain security by following hotel procedures and protocols.
9. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including luggage handling and valet services.
10. Stay informed about events in the local area to provide recommendations to guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
