Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to oversee Oil & Gas EPC projects across upstream and downstream operations , including flowlines, pipelines, well pads, and refineries . The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with industry standards . Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Oil & Gas EPC projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety & quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges while optimizing project efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols and industry regulations.
  • Supervise and provide technical guidance to engineering teams .
Qualification & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
  • Experience: 10-15 years in Oil & Gas projects (GCC experience is a must).
  • Strong expertise in EPC project execution, pipeline construction, and refinery operations .
  • Proficiency in project planning, cost control, and risk management .
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Skills: Expertise in Oil & Gas project execution, technical problem-solving, and contractor supervision .
  • Age: Below 45 years .
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, API, or relevant Oil & Gas safety certifications .
