Job Description Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market and promote in-house properties to prospective tenants through various channels, including online listings, social media, and property platforms like Qatar Living and Property Finder.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and ensure consistent property visibility.
  3. Manage property listings, update content regularly, and ensure accurate and appealing descriptions and images.
  4. Understand client needs, preferences, and requirements, presenting suitable property options that match their expectations.
  5. Coordinate and conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing property features, amenities, and benefits professionally to drive tenant engagement.
  6. Handle tenant inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about property availability, lease terms, and associated conditions.
  7. Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and commission rates with prospective tenants to secure successful transactions.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and companies to secure new property listings and identify potential tenants.
  9. Facilitate and oversee the handover of leased properties to new tenants, ensuring a seamless process and tenant satisfaction.
  10. Collaborate with maintenance teams to address property issues promptly and maintain property quality.
  11. Monitor commission payments, ensuring collection, proper documentation, and timely processing.
  12. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, providing insights on property inquiries, listings, and lease progress.
  13. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to remain competitive in the real estate sector.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of the local Qatari real estate market, platforms, and client preferences.
  4. Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic are a plus.
  6. Proficiency in using property platforms, social media channels, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  7. Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities to address tenant queries professionally.
  8. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple listings, inquiries, and follow-ups effectively.
  9. Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
