Key Responsibilities

  1. Engagement with Channel Partners.
  2. Engagement with Key Accounts.
  3. Manage all opportunities and proficiency on Salesforce.com utilization, for forecasting and sales activities updates.
  4. Develop net new opportunities.

You Must Have

  1. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  3. Experienced in engaging end users, and channel sales execution.
  4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  8. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics specific to retail industry.
  9. Ability to effectively manage strategic accounts and navigate complex sales cycles.
  10. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  11. Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  12. Experience in Auto Identification Data Capture (AIDC), Information Technology (IT) industry.
