Job Description To Lead/Motivate/Guide & Manage the Sales force. Create new relationships and exploit the opportunities to bring in fresh business for Retail Banking in order to achieve the set targets.

Provide regular market feedback as well as inputs for formulations of Sales strategy.
Maintain good relationships with key organizations and their employees.
Look at new companies to work with where there is a good potential for the bank to penetrate.

Job Responsibility:

Provide link between business expectations and sales organizational capabilities.
Generate cross-sell opportunities to existing customer database.
Relationship building visits to existing and new prospects.
Achieving cross-sell retail products by identifying customer needs to offer the right product.
Maintain, manage and enhance a portfolio of asset finance products/liability products with strong relationship with third party alliances in order to build up a prospect database.
Develop and prepare sales quarterly/yearly business plan and proposal for incentive structure for the higher management to approve.
Conduct performance appraisals monthly/quarterly and yearly basis and recommend retention solutions and skill enhancement training via HR.
Conduct regular monthly meetings to resolve issues and process enhancement procedures. Work closely with credit/operations department for remedial and counteractive actions to be taken, case to case basis, when required.
Effective lead management and initiate sales promotions with adherence to the marketing principles of the bank for improved customer acquisition management.
Closely work with higher management and strategic planners for enhanced/improved planning and decision making.
Maintain a low risk rating by the business and Shariah compliance.
Revisiting TML based on business acquisition reports from Policy and Risk.
Maintain attrition by sourcing new to bank acquisition to balance the portfolio and timely renewal of deposits (applicable to liabilities).

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor Graduate.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Leadership qualities, sales orientation, public relations, finance management, people management, knowledge of market, competition, decisiveness, communication & interactive skills.
