Job details

We are looking for a Legal Officer with a strong background in commercial and company law to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documents
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and company law
  • Manage company registrations, licenses, and legal filings
  • Provide legal guidance on business operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance
  • Stay updated on legal changes affecting the business and implement necessary actions
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including employee contracts and workplace policies
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of UAE legislation
  • Excellent organizational, management, and time-management skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
